L'Ikonta 520/15 est le plus grand des foldings Ikonta. Il donne des négatifs 6 x 11,5. Pour cela, le format de pellicule est le 616 (DM 8 chez Zeiss Ikon). Il n'a existé qu'avant la seconde guerre mondiale, le public préférant le format 620/120. Il en existe plusieurs variantes, combinaisons d'objectif Novar ou Tessar et d'obturateur (Derval, Telma, Compur).
Cet exemplaire a un objectif Novar 6,3/12 cm et un obturateur Derval.
